Hi, I’m Amanda, a Fractional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in People Ops, L&D, Change Management, and Field Operations.

I specialize in training programs & change management strategies for people whose work doesn't happen behind a desk. Picture - technicians, field employees, front-line associates, and the people who support them (although those audiences do often sit behind a desk at least part of the time).

In L&D terms that translates to: blended learning, on-the-job training, micro learning, (my personal favorite) game-based learning, and lots of *creative* communication methods.
